Booking Policy
Please read before booking your appointment.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or reschedules will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled to respect the next client's time.

This is a private studio with no waiting area. For this reason, no extra guests are permitted unless they are being serviced.

Please arrive with bare nails unless a removal service has been booked. Foreign soak-offs or extra length/shape changes may require additional time and fees.

The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment via accepted payment methods (Zelle, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard with a 3% service fee).

A 3-day warranty is included. If any issues occur within 72 hours of your appointment, I will fix them at no cost. After 3 days, repair fees may apply for any damage outside of normal wear and tear.

For your safety, please disclose any health conditions or medications that may affect your service (including but not limited to uncontrolled diabetes, blood-thinning medications, skin conditions, or infections). Services may be refused if it is not safe to proceed.

By booking with Mani Moon Haus, you agree to all policies, terms and conditions.
Waiver & Release Consent
By booking an appointment with Mani Moon Haus, you acknowledge that nail services involve the use of professional tools and chemical products that may carry risks such as allergic reactions, irritation, or injury. You agree that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or medications (including blood thinners or diabetes) that may affect your service. By proceeding with your booking, you voluntarily consent to services and release Mani Moon Haus from liability for any adverse reactions or complications that may occur.
